Zu-Convocation

The ceremony will be held at Ziauddin University Link Road, Education City, Karachi, on February 24, 2024.
Each graduate and the guests (if any) are required to print the entry pass after completing the online registration process. This entry pass will enable graduates and the guest’s smooth entry in the convocation arena.
Children under the age of 12 years are strictly not allowed.
The location QR code has been printed on the entry pass for your convenience.
Graduates must report to the venue on the day of convocation not later than 9 a.m. to ensure their presence in official college group photo.
For security and verification purpose you must bring your registration pass.
Academic Regalia may be collected from the respective locations from 9 am to 5 pm during 19th to 22nd February, 2024 for a charge of Rs. 3,000/- (Rs. 1,000/- i.e. Rent and Rs. 2,000/- being security which is refundable)
With the exception of the graduates from Rehabilitation Sciences who may RENT OUT their Academic Regalia from both Clifton and North sites, graduates of Medical Technology, Eastern Medicine and Nursing, Education and Engineering are required to visit 3rd Floor ZCRS Building, North Site (Point of Contact is Ms. Humera Rashid) for their Academic Regalia.
Graduates of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Media Sciences, Speech and Law are required to visit the hospital basement, Clifton site for their Academic Regalia (Point of Contact is Mr. Amanullah)
You must be adorned in your regalia when you enter the convocation arena.
Your seating at the venue will be tagged and you will be seated accordingly. Our ushers will guide you to your assigned seat.
The dress code is formal.
The use of cell phone during convocation proceeding’s is strictly prohibited.
Please follow the instructions of our ushers and the personnel at the registration desks to make this a memorable event.
